Meet the doctors
Dr. Ammon Zukeran
Dr. Ammon Zukeran is a graduate of University of Western States, Oregon, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees.
He became interested in chiropractic when he injured his shoulder back in 1999, after being on medication he learned about all the side effects that prescription drugs can cause. In addition to that experience, his wife Monica suffered from lower back pain while pregnant and post pregnancy and after visiting a chiropractor and seeing great results with her treatment he knew he wanted to pursue a chiropractor career. His goal became to help others live a life of wellness free from pain, disease and drug/chemical dependence.
Dr. Zukeran has taking courses to better understand how to rehabilitate injuries and whiplash from motor vehicle accidents through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego (SRISD). The Spine Research Institute of San Diego provides the most comprehensive and up to date information available regarding Whiplash Associated Disorders (WAD) and is known worldwide for its program.
He has experience treating chronic soft-tissue conditions with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) technique and decided to create his original design of stainless steel tools to
help with soft-tissue restrictions. His main purpose of creating these tools was to help other professionals be able to purchase affordable IASTM tools.
Dr. Zukeran was raised on Molokai, Maui and Oahu. In the past, he has lived and served within the Hispanic community, and is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, camping and fishing. He also enjoys many other sports such as golf, football, basketball and surfing.
